Neglected Advances in Classical Genetics
I ran across this great paper the other day. We don't do a good enough job teaching classicial genetics. Papers on 'omics' approaches have replaced the papers that form the foundation of genetics. This is a not a good trend and we need both.

thanks so much for that link! finding wilmer's web page was a real treat.
he reminds me so much of another friend and colleague, ed buss (who worked, mostly, with turkeys). ed, unfortunately, never was able to get all of his work on the web.
they are a lost breed. one of the sad concomitants of progress, i suppose.
