Our Latest MDR Papers

Here are a few of our recently published papers on Multifactor Dimensionality Reduction (MDR). The first is a review while the next three report extensions of MDR for survivavl analysis, covariate adjustment and a robust approach that deals with the rare situation of having only a few genotype combinations contributing information.
