MDR Applications

Our multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR) method has been successfully applied to a wide range of different diseases and clinical traits. Here is an almost complete list of papers that apply MDR to real data. I have sorted them by general disease categories. Please feel free to cite this list in your MDR papers and grants. Email me if you know of a paper that should be on the list. I am sure there are some out there I don't have listed.

This list was last updated by JHM on June 9, 2008.

Click here to carry out a PubMed search for MDR publications.

Thanks for your MDR methods. But I found that the results were strongly dominated by these SNPs with large marginal effects in my trial. Kevin.

Hi, Stefan Reisner,a member of my project team, used MDR in application performance testing to create hypotheses about possible factors influencing performance changes in complex application architectures. He wrote a book about his methodology (ISBN 978-3-86802-048-9, German)
Very interesting and useful.
